A Message from our Dean
Dear Colleagues and Friends,

In so many ways, this has been a year of accomplishments for the School of Nursing. From offering more scholarships to our students, welcoming new classes of students in the Fall and Spring, being recognized as a National League for Nursing Center of Excellence, a new Department of Labor grant and the induction of four of our faculty to the American Academy of Nursing; it has been a banner year.
Through all of these accomplishments, the School of Nursing has consistently created a welcoming and inclusive community. We raise up our students, faculty and staff and support them through challenging times and moments of celebration.
Each day, as I walk the halls of the IHP, I am so proud to be working with such talented and committed colleagues. Their empathy, and support that the students, faculty and staff have for each other, their patients and our community is unlike any other.
I look forward to all that the School of Nursing, students, faculty and staff will accomplish this year. As we have always done, together, we will continue to make a positive difference in this world and educate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
