The Registrar's Office can assist eligible student veterans, reservists and dependents in obtaining educational benefits in compliance with the procedures and regulations of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Required for first time applicants. For Chapters 33, 30, 1606, 1607 & 32.
Use this form if you are a US Veteran and have applied for benefits through the VA office. Required of all MGH Institute students receiving VA benefits. This form must be completed once you have submitted the application (above) for education benefits (22-1990), you have received your letter of confirmation of benefits, and you have received confirmation from the Institute that you have been registered for your first semester of classes.
This form is used by students, who have already submitted an initial VA Enrollment Form, to request that the Registrar's Office submit enrollment information to the VA. This form should be filled out approximately six weeks prior to the start of each term.

Yellow Ribbon Program: MGH Institute of Health Professions is proud to be a Yellow Ribbon School. The IHP will provide scholarships in the amount of $10,000 to all eligible students.
To Receive Benefits Under The Yellow Ribbon Program:
By participating in the Yellow Ribbon program, The IHP will provide a $10,000 scholarship to students after they have reached the annual maximum for the Post-9/11 GI Bill®. The VA will match our funds.
Students who submit an application for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® to VA and are eligible at the 100% benefit level will receive, from the VA, a Certificate of Eligibility advising that you are potentially eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program. You must provide a copy of your certificate indicating benefit level and Yellow Ribbon Program eligibility to the IHP. Please see the Yellow Ribbon Student FAQ for more information.
