The School of Nursing offers bachelors and masters options to students who hold a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field. We offer a post-BSN masters degree with seven advanced practice nursing specialty options, in addition to a post-BSN masters program in education and a Doctor of Nursing Practice.

If you are interested in preparing to become an advanced practice nurse or are already an advanced practice nurse looking to expand your specialty training, the School of Nursing offers you the kind of access, opportunities, and contemporary clinical experience that can only be obtained through an affiliation with a world-class academic health center.

U.S. Department of Labor Nursing Workforce Expansion Grant

Gain the skills and credentials to teach the next generation of nurses. The Grant includes three IHP programs that prepare nurses for credentialing as nurse educators and nurse faculty, and funds the tuition and expenses for students who apply to these programs.
