All full-time, part-time, and per-diem MGB employees are eligible to participate (as well as their spouses, domestic partners, and children of any age), with the exception of Institute employees. There is no minimum length of employment required for participation in the program. Term lecturers and student workers (graduate assistants, teaching assistants, etc.) are not eligible for the program.
All Institute alumni are eligible as well as all full-time, part-time, and per-diem employees at our clinical affiliates.
In order to receive a tuition discount, students must submit verification of their employment to the Bursar's Office. Students will need to submit a paystub or request a letter on their company letterhead from their human resources representative or their direct supervisor verifying their current employment. Letters and paystubs must be dated no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission.
To continue receiving a tuition discount, employment verification letters must be submitted once a semester.
