The Speech and Language (SAiL) Literacy Lab

A literacy coach in the MGH IHP Literacy and Language Certificate Program helps a young student with reading comprehension. The program focuses on evidence-based literacy instruction and advanced literacy strategies, preparing educators for reading specialist certification and literacy leadership training.

Since 2013, the SAiL lab's mission has been to improve educational outcomes for children and adults with speech, language, and reading impairments.

Understanding Developmental Language Disorder

This series provides evidence-based information about DLD, how it presents in children, and practical ways to support children with DLD in everyday settings. The training is approximately 45 minutes in total and is divided into three modules. To access these videos, please fill out our form.
