The physical therapy program is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where learners and educators can meet their professional goals. Integrating principles of humanity, innovation, dignity and respect into physical therapy education promotes equitable educational outcomes and better prepares us to care for an increasingly diverse US population.

The COVID-19 pandemic required innovative thinking and teaching strategies. We investigated the impacts locally and internationally and developed novel teaching strategies for the virtual environment.
