Pauline Fiorello is an Instructor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions.  At the MGH Institute Occupational Therapy Center for Learning, Rehabilitation, and Participation (CLiPR), she works with students as a clinical instructor. Additionally, she works for the MGH Institute as a lab instructor in the Occupational Therapy program.

She has been working as an Occupational Therapist since 1986. She has worked in acute, sub-acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, and in outpatient rehabilitation settings. She has been an employee of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospitalsince 1991. Currently, she works part-time at Spaulding, at the Charlestown outpatient center, and two days a week at the MGH Institute OT CLiPR Center.

She has worked with a variety of diagnoses in her 30+ years, but more specifically with brain injury survivors. She earned a Certificate of Brain Injury Specialist in 2012 and renews her certification annually. She volunteers the first Saturday of each month at the Boston Acquired Brain Injury Support Group (BABIS). Recently, many of the OT students from the MGH Institute OT program have joined as volunteers too. She enjoys her dual role as a clinician while at Spaulding and as a clinical instructor at the MGH Institute OT CLiPR Center. She finds it a pleasure to share her many years of experience with the energetic Occupational Therapy students whom she mentors both at the OT CLiPR Center, as well as in the classrooms.
