Dr. Isabel Theresia Gross is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician at Yale University School of Medicine. At Yale, she serves as the Director of Pediatric Simulations, teaching all learner levels across the University and hospital system. She is the chair of the International Network for Simulation-based Pediatric Innovation, Research, & Education (INSPIRE). Together with her colleagues, she co-founded the AI Healthcare Simulation Collaborative. Dr. Gross is an established simulation-based researcher and research mentor for her international colleagues. Her simulation-based research focus is on distance simulation, international outreach simulations, and the exploration of new approaches in simulation-based education, including artificial intelligence.
