Fiona Shortt is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she earned a degree in chemical engineering. She leverages data science, advanced modeling, and artificial intelligence to address complex engineering challenges in the energy sector. Prior to this work, she contributed to several biotechnology projects at MIT, including leading a freshman seminar on biochemical engineering topics.
Fiona Shortt's love for teaching started at an early age. She has taught Taekwondo to preschoolers, STEM instruction in an elementary after-school program, and hands-on makerspace projects to middle school students in South Korea. She is passionate about breaking down complex topics into digestible building blocks for a diverse audience.
