Christopher Joyce, PT, DPT, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. His research focuses on musculoskeletal pain and optimizing exercise interventions for people with chronic conditions and/or disability. He co-chaired the formation of a Pain Special Interest Group in the American Physical Therapy Association Massachusetts chapter, is the Treasurer for the Massachusetts Pain Initiative, and the Director of Research for the Rick Hoyt Research Lab.
