Professional Development Series Opportunity
We invite you to join us for a series of professional development workshops discussing the role of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals in the shared decision-making process. This one is faculty focused. Shared decision making (SDM) is both a science and an approach to clinical care in which patients and clinicians collaborate and deliberate together to ensure that each patient gets the right care. As no medical decision occurs in a silo, effective shared decision making depends on an interdisciplinary team – everyone plays a role!
