As a nurse leader, you play one of the most pivotal roles in healthcare delivery. If you are an aspiring nurse leader, this program will empower you to grow your leadership practice and develop your own vision of leadership related to self, team, and leading within an organization or system. The 4-month blended curriculum consists of three, 2-day virtual synchronous workshops bridged with flexible asynchronous activities and individual coaching sessions in between.
