The MGH IHP Post-Professional OTD program faculty and alum have launched an innovative monthly professional development series, targeting current OT practitioners who are interested in accessible and exciting professional development topics, and who may wish to join our Post-Professional OTD community. Each month, IHP OT faculty will host a 30-minute professional development webinar, followed by a 15-minute overview about our Post-Professional OTD program. All attendees will receive a certificate for 0.5 contact hours for attending the entire session. This is particularly exciting as Massachusetts now requires contact hours for licensure renewal. Continuing education is also required for many other state licensure renewals as well. These should not be prioritized over live classroom sessions for OTD coursework.
