Health professions graduate programs increasingly enroll neurodivergent and Generation Z learners whose needs may conflict with traditional pedagogical approaches and implicit professional norms. When faculty are equipped to leverage learner strengths rather than expect conformity, both teaching satisfaction and student outcomes improve. This session examines how formal, informal, and hidden curricula differentially impact these learners. Through case-based discussion, participants will develop evidence-informed strategies for inclusive teaching that maintains competency standards while cultivating the diverse workforce our professions urgently need.
