Yolanda Mendez Rainey is the Operations Manager for Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPE). She joined the Institute in April 2014 as the Program Manager for the Center of Interprofessional Studies and Innovation (CIPSI), and she served as CIPSI Operations Manager. She coordinates and oversees the daily operations and management of IPE.

Her responsibilities range from budget management and events planning to admissions and accreditation processes. She serves as the program liaison to all students, faculty, and staff, both within and without the programs, as well as to all external contacts. She was named the 2017 Employee of the Year.

Yolanda brings nine years of academic program experience, having served in a number of capacities for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences and Simmons Online at Simmons College.
