Traci Doherty (she/her) is an instructor with the Impact Practice Center Nurse-Led Mobile Service Program. She joined the faculty in January 2024. She previously worked as a clinical instructor at Boston College Connell School of Nursing.

Traci has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2000. Her career began in Lynn, MA, as a National Health Service Corps scholar, working with at-risk youth and with newly arrived refugees. Since then, her career has been dedicated to providing primary care to young adults and vulnerable populations. She is passionate about global health and providing comprehensive care to newly arrived immigrants. She is fluent in five languages and has traveled, lived, and worked on five continents. 

Traci is currently pursuing a post-Master's PMHNP degree. She is passionate about working with the next generation of nurses and learning from their shared experiences.
