Bob Brown is a Partner and Head of Fixed Income at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Bob spent over 20 years at Fidelity Investments, rising to become the Head of Institutional Fixed Income. Previously, he served as the President of Bonds overseeing more than $380 billion in assets under management with direct responsibility for Portfolio Management, the Chief Investment Office, Trading, Institutional Portfolio Management, and Quantitative Research. Prior to overseeing the Bond Division, Bob was President of Fidelity’s Money Market Division overseeing more than $500 billion. During his tenure at Fidelity, Bob also chaired the firm’s Fixed Income Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Committees. Bob is a former Trustee of Bryant University, serving for 13 years, and chaired the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Investment Committee of SolutionHealth. Bob is Chairman of the McKeryn Bridge Foundation and an Advisor to the venture capital firm York IE.
