Reg earned board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from ABPTS in 2006 and recertified in 2015. He has held clinical positions at Deaconess Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center-West Campus, and Brockton Hospital in Massachusetts. Since 2001, he has served in leadership roles within the Department of Rehabilitation Services at BWH. Reg was appointed Executive Director of Rehabilitation Services at BWH in 2017 and expanded his leadership to BWFH in 2024.
He also serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. His clinical focus includes shoulder dysfunction and postoperative rehabilitation following shoulder procedures. Reg is dedicated to advancing patient care through evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. His leadership and academic roles reflect a deep commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth.
