Rachel Rubin, OTD, OTR/L, graduated from MGH IHP with a doctorate in occupational therapy. Rachel has several years of experience working with IMPACT, and is an adjunct faculty for the IMPACT courses. She currently spearheads the Peer Facilitator program within IMPACT. This near-peer interprofessional program is for second and third year students who completed IMPACT II. Peer Facilitators support interprofessional education by learning and applying facilitation techniques with first year students at the IHP.

Rachel has experience working with children and youth who have a variety of diagnoses and abilities. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including outpatient, schools, and in the community. She currently teachers a career readiness curriculum to youth with disabilities in underserved communities within the Boston Public Schools.
