Nikki Richardson is a faculty member for the prelicensure nursing programs within the School of Nursing at MGH Institute of Health Professions.

After earning her BSN from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, Nikki achieved her dream position as a Labor & Delivery RN. She combined her passions for travel and nursing by working as a travel RN in Boston, Texas, and California. Nikki later accepted a permanent role at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where she has continued to support women and their families on Labor & Delivery for the last decade.

Nikki took on a new role as a maternity clinical instructor for prelicensure nursing programs, where she discovered a passion for teaching. This experience inspired her to pursue an MSN in Nursing Education with a certificate in Health Professions Education from Simmons University, graduating in 2025. Nikki is excited to bring her clinical expertise and passion for women’s health and childbirth to the classroom here at the Institute of Health Professions!
