Nika Ghavamizadeh is a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Massachusetts General Hospital (Department of Psychiatry), working on neuroimaging studies of memory, cognitive impairment, and dementia. Nika is a regular collaborator with the SPaN-AD Lab and the BAnD Lab, where she assists with on-site fMRI and EEG sessions, coordinates data transfer between teams, and helps align acquisition and documentation practices. Her other responsibilities include training staff on visit procedures, scanner workflows, and day-to-day data management.

Nika was previously a research assistant at UC Berkeley, where she received her BA in psychology. Her research at Berkeley focused on cognitive development. In her current role, Nika is expanding her knowledge across clinical research, neuroscience, and cognitive science.
