Naomi is passionate about exploring innovative diagnostic and therapeutic tools for neurologic and vestibular disorders, with a focus on neuroplasticity, brain connectivity and neuromodulation. She had the opportunity to volunteer in the Brain Recovery Lab prior to applying and was impressed by the professionalism, communication skills, and systematic thinking she saw in the students, which reflected the strong mentorship they received. She is drawn to the opportunity to work directly with patients through research, which is especially meaningful and aligns with her passion for making a direct impact on patient care.
