Mike Zarella was promoted to Senior Application Support Specialist in July 2014. He joined the Information Technology staff as an Application Support Specialist in October 2011. Mike provides support to faculty, staff, and students in the use of Desire2Learn, Adobe Connect, D2L Lecture Capture as well as other applications.
