Megan Wilcox brings over a decade of experience in graphic design and marketing. In her current role, she leads the development of visual identity standards and marketing strategies to support academic programs and institutional growth. Before transitioning to marketing, she worked as a graphic designer, collaborating across teams to create digital and print assets that support recruitment, retention, and branding. With a focus on simplifying complex ideas into clear, organized visuals, she enjoys building processes that help connect design with strategy. Outside of work, she’s usually reading a good book, exploring new favorite spots to eat, or soaking up the sun—ideally doing all three at once.
