Meaghan A. Clapp, MHSc, PA-C joined the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2016 as a faculty adjunct in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies as a co-instructor to the patient skills and assessment course. She became a full-time faculty instructor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies in 2018 and is currently teaching in patient care, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, and otolaryngology courses.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Sciences at the University of Florida in 2007. She completed her Master of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Duke University in 2012.
She continues to clinically practice emergency medicine at a busy satellite clinic serving an urban health center in East Boston. She thoroughly enjoys serving a diverse and underserved population with a focus on interprofessional collaboration and healthcare navigation.
