Lewis Chao joined the Information Technology staff as a User Support Specialist in October 2015.
In this role he provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff, installing, maintaining, and repairing computers, printers, learning resources, software, classroom audio-visual and lab technology, and simulation resources.
He serves as a resource in support of the Institute's Help Desk requests.
Prior to joining the Institute Lewis was a data analyst in healthcare organizations, most recently with Steward Health Care.
