Kyle has 15 years of professional experience advising clients on accounting, finance, and business processes. Since joining RSM in 2014, Kyle has worked on over 250 deals providing transaction services, serving buy-side and sell-side clients with financial due diligences in various industries. Kyle is a member of the National Transaction Advisory Healthcare Team, specializing in healthcare industry transactions, with experience including physical therapy, home health and behavioral health. Kyle’s transaction advisory and financial due diligence experience includes identification of key deal issues, quality of earnings analysis, profitability analysis, cash flow modeling, and working capital analyses.
