Kristin Moul Driscoll serves as Executive Director of Workforce Development at Mass General Brigham. She is responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise-wide workforce development strategy for the MGB health system of 80,000 plus employees. Previously at MGB, Kristin was the Director of Bloomberg Healthcare Initiative in Community Health, Kristin was responsible for overseeing and managing the collaborative efforts between Mass General Brigham, Edward M. Kennedy Academy (Boston Public High School) and the City of Boston to launch high-quality health careers training programs with a $38 million five-year grant funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
Prior to her time at MGB, Kristin worked at Boston Children’s Hospital in several workforce development roles and most recently served as the Director of Workforce Development & Internal Mobility. During her time at Boston Children’s, Kristin grew the workforce development team from one staff member to eleven members, added programming in community and incumbent worker areas to increase access to opportunities, and oversaw youth internships and alumni programming.
Kristin also worked for the Boston Public Schools (Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers as the Health Engagement Coordinator), Boston Private Industry Council (Career Specialist and Coach), and as a consultant supporting non-profits with various programmatic goals. Kristin is a proud AmeriCorps alumna (City Year Boston) and holds her SHRM-SCP certification, Master of Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University. Kristin is a Member of the Boston Private Industry Council, Boston’s MassHire Workforce Board and the National Fund for Workforce Solutions Board of Directors.
