Kimberly completed her bachelor's degree at St. Joseph’s University in New York with a major in communication sciences and then completed her doctor of audiology degree at the Long Island Au.D. Consortium in 2010. Kimberly started her career at Stony Brook University Medical Center and then moved to a large otolaryngology office, working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations providing diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services, including vestibular and electrophysiological testing. During this time in clinic, Kimberly also served as an adjunct professor at St. Joesph’s University in the Communication Sciences Department from 2011-2017. Shen then transitioned to the industry side as a clinical trainer serving the Veterans Administration and Department of Defense until she joined the MGH IHP team in March of 2026.
