Julika Wocial graduated from Gdansk University, Gdansk, Poland, with a degree in biological oceanography, after which she started her career in the field of marine mammal and sea turtle rescue, rehabilitation, and research. In 2018, Ms. Wocial enrolled in the Accelerated BSN at the MGH Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) and, after graduating, gained employment in a cardiac ICU at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA, where she continues to work to this day. Ms. Wocial obtained her MSN from Framingham State University in May 2023 and is currently enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Ms. Wocial served as an academic support counselor at the MGH IHP after her graduation with a nursing degree and has recently been appointed as an instructor to teach a critical care course as part of the new ABSN curriculum.
