Judi S. Greenberg joined the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) of Massachusetts General Hospital in 1992 and moved to Partners HealthCare OGC (now Mass General Brigham) when it was formed in 1994. As a senior attorney, her areas of legal expertise include higher education, development, and charitable giving, management of institutional funds, and non-profit corporate law. She has served as Secretary of the Board of Trustees and Client Coordinator of Legal Services for the Institute since 1999. Prior to joining the OGC, she was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart and also served as a law clerk to The Honorable Rudolph Kass of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Judi currently serves as executive vice president and trustee of Kehillah Schechter Academy.
Judi received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Philosophy and English in 1982 from Clark University, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1989 from the Temple University School of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Temple Law Review.
