Jess Hildebrandt received her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She completed the orthopedic residency program at MGH Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) in 2018. Jess is a physical therapist and clinical specialist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Foxboro.
She holds board certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She holds her Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy and is trained in pelvic health physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Pelvic Health section.
Jess is passionate about teaching and learning and was appointed Adjunct Faculty at MGH IHP in 2022. She is a lab instructor in the DPT program orthopedic and anatomy curriculum. She is credentialed by the APTA as a Clinical Instructor. Jess is faculty in the MGH IHP orthopedic residency program as both a mentor and instructor for the lumbopelvic module of the Elevating Practice in Orthopedic Physical Therapy course.
Jess provides comprehensive patient care and strives to empower patients and students to become stewards of their own health and learning. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, swimming analysis, pelvic health, and the pregnancy and postpartum population.
