Jay Cullivan RN-C, BSN, CCDS, CRAT is an experienced nurse leader and innovator for Mass General Brigham (MGB) Heart and Vascular Institute, where he oversees operations for cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and ambulatory cardiac monitoring across the MGB system.
Prior to joining MGB, he served as a Principal Clinical Specialist with Medtronic, supporting device implants, clinical education, and training. He currently is in the process of completing his Masters of Health Administration.
His leadership has driven advancements in remote patient monitoring, enterprise workflow design, and digital health integration to enhance care quality and efficiency. Jay is a member and contributor to the Heart Rhythm Society, and a published co-author. He is recognized for his leadership in advancing patient-centered care, workforce development, and system-wide collaboration in cardiac device management.
