Proven adaptive global leader and educator with 24 years leading change and project management in challenging environments, retiring as a Colonel in the United States Air Force and now a senior director of information technology. Skilled in research, collaboration, process improvement, analysis, and project management with cross-functional teams. Spent the last 14 years at the executive level in strategic and business planning, goal setting, financial execution, staff engagement, project management, and organizational development of as many as 550 staff. Frequently led and consulted on operational projects and strategic initiatives at the local and national levels with small to large teams; made decisional presentations to senior leaders. Also led an MBA program and authored 23 peer-reviewed journal publications with over 900 citations. Recognized as a national health care leader of the year on three separate occasions including by the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Hospital Association. Certifications include PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and CPA.
