Inna Sharak has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare systems, 15 of those managing finances and operations. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, such as outpatient clinics, child psychiatry and behavioral health services; her experience ranges from work with state and federal grants, state and county contracts, and developing and managing multi-million dollar annual budgets.
As the current Director of Finance and Operations at St. John's Riverside Hospital in New York, she leverages leadership and teamwork skills to ensure objectives are completed on time. She oversees the operation of the Behavior Health System division with 141 inpatient beds and 4 outpatient clinics, including reviewing financial and statistical reports, generating projected numbers from historical analysis, as well as performing different mathematical calculations. She particularly enjoys working with her team to ensure positive patient experiences in the hospital.
