Ingrid Korbani is an instructor in the School of Nursing. She earned a BSN from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and an MSN from the American University of Beirut and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing. With experience in clinical education, pain management, and mental health nursing, her research focuses on chronic pain management, mind-body interactions in pain, and the influence of perfectionism on pain outcomes. Ingrid is particularly interested in exploring how psychological factors contribute to pain perception, coping mechanisms, and treatment responses.
