A Maryland native, Heather attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges before joining the staff at the Institute where she has worked since 2006. She provides comprehensive administrative and management support related to academic operations. In 2016, she was named Employee of the Year for her significant contribution and excellence in service, innovation, and teamwork.
