As Associate Bursar, Gail assists the Bursar with all cash management issues, billing, collections, and student refunds and oversees the Tuition Management System payment plans.
Gail joined the Office of Enrollment Services in August of 2015. Prior to her role at the MGH Institute, she was Bursar at Pine Manor College for 11+ years. Gail has experience working closely with students and resolving student account issues.
