Debra Blyth-Wilk is the Vice President of Quality and Safety for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. 

Her responsibilities include oversight of the Spaulding programs in patient safety, quality improvement, patient experience, performance improvement and accreditation.

Ms. Blyth-Wilk’s prior roles have included nursing leadership positions in varied settings such as acute care, home health and post-acute care.

Ms. Blyth-Wilk obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

Ms. Blyth-Wilk is also the Co-Director of the Collaborative Learning Improvement Program (CLIP) within Partners Continuing Care, and is an adjunct faculty member of the Mass General Institute of Health Professions. She is also the past president of the Massachusetts Association of Healthcare Quality.
