Dr. Deanna L. Denault assumed her role at the MGH Institute in May 2024, as the Associate Program Director and Associate Chair of the Department of Physician Assistant (PA) Studies. With a wealth of experience in PA education spanning several years, she previously held academic positions at Clarkson University and Franklin Pierce University, notably as Director of Didactic Education, while teaching several topics in pharmacology, cadaveric anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. Dr. Denault holds a Ph.D. in Physiology from Dartmouth College, a Master of Arts in Physiology from Boston University, and a Master of Education from Springfield College. She is deeply committed to advancing medical education and has contributed to numerous publications in academic journals and clinical textbooks. Dr. Denault remains actively engaged in the Physician Assistant Education Association.
