Dana Fry is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. She is passionate about applying evidence-based practices to foster skill development and organizational growth.

Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant II in the School of Nursing at MGH Institute of Health Professions, Dana provides operational and administrative support to enhance academic programs and faculty initiatives. With a strong foundation in organizational behavior management, she is committed to streamlining processes and fostering collaboration.

Previously, Dana worked at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA as a Volunteer Support Specialist, where she guided over 300 troops across 40+ towns, assisting with resource management, compliance, and conflict resolution. Her ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and organize impactful events highlights her leadership and problem-solving skills.

She also has extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), having held roles at Nashoba Learning Group and The Autism Community Therapists. In these positions, she specialized in data-driven skill development, individualized learning strategies, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Her behavioral science expertise informs her approach to leadership, decision-making, and professional growth.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dana actively pursues continuing education in organizational behavior management and workplace balance strategies. She strives to integrate behavioral science into leadership and decision-making to support individuals and teams effectively.

Dana received the President’s Award from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts for teaching First Aid/CPR to volunteers and Girl Scouts. She also holds multiple certifications, including Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid and HSI Level 1 Instructor for First Aid/CPR/AED in addition to being a BCBA.

As a leader, educator, and advocate, Dana is committed to fostering meaningful change through behavioral science, mentorship, and community support.

President's Award (2024) - "Recognizes the efforts of a service team, committee, or volunteer team whose exemplary service in support of delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience surpassed team goals and resulted in significant, measurable impact toward reaching the council’s overall goals."
