Carissa graduated from Northeastern University in 2024 with a BS in psychology and a minor in computer science. While at Northeastern, she volunteered as a clinical research intern at Boston Children's Hospital, studying biomarkers of ADHD in young children. As a member of the BEAM Lab, Carissa will be exploring the relationship between reading, attention, and executive function. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff.
