Brian Reis joined the Institute in November 2017 and is currently a Senior HR Business Partner/Analyst.
Brian provides HR support to managers, faculty, and staff in the Office of the Provost, Research Administration, and Departments within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
Key areas of HR service Brian provides include full-cycle recruitment, new hire onboarding, employee relations consultation, compensation analysis, HR training, performance management guidance, and support to other HR initiatives. In addition, Brian manages HR Analyst responsibilities for HRIS administration and reporting.
Before the IHP, Brian held HR positions where he was responsible for recruitment and onboarding, compliance, diversity outreach programs, job descriptions, compensation, training, HR reporting, and project management.
