Prior to joining the IHP, Ann supported MGH Psychiatry Academy and MGB People and Organization Development.
Ann started her career in financial services. Then she began volunteering one evening a week in hospitals, where she developed a passion for healthcare. Ann changed her career while leveraging her skills in financial analysis, planning, performance measurement reporting and contract operations. She has worked for Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a cancer center, and a pharmaceutical company.
