This training will help healthcare workers recognize when a microaggression has occurred and how to discuss it with their coworkers and take steps to mitigate any harm. Attendees will feel empowered to provide feedback to colleagues, to reflect, and to have the tools to repair any harm caused.

Microaggressions occur on a regular basis in healthcare. Intended or unintended, microagressions can cause harm. This training offers tangible skills and techniques for recognizing and repairing harm caused by microagressions. Following this course, when encountering a microaggression, healthcare workers will feel empowered to provide feedback to colleagues, to reflect, and to have the tools to repair any harm they caused.

This course is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists and other critical care team members.
