“I chose to take my prerequisite courses at the IHP due to the flexibility of scheduling of the courses they offer. While immersing myself in my chosen field, I am able to take classes at the IHP and apply the content from these courses as I am working in the field. Without this asynchronous feature, I would not have this luxury. ”
What have you liked the most about your online prerequisite courses at the IHP?
“What I have loved most about the online prerequisites that I have taken at the IHP is the professionals that I have had the opportunity to learn from. Each and every professional I have met on this journey has helped me grow in the field of communication sciences and disorders. These professionals help you to become the best that you can be, even through an online platform. They have made an extremely positive impact in my life, as I hope to do one day for others.”
What advice would you give to someone considering taking their prerequisite courses online?
“Never be afraid to ask for help! I have found that the professionals at the IHP are always willing and at the ready to help their students. Whether it be through an online video platform or through email, professors are eager to help you succeed.”
