PhD '24 Alumni
During her studies, Brenda's research focused on rehabilitative management of post-concussion syndrome (PCS) and exploring the use of mindfulness meditation training to promote recovery and improved quality of life in individuals with brain injury and PCS under the mentorship of Ruth Palan Lopez PhD, GNP-BC, FAAN. She began the program in 2020.
Following graduation, Brenda went to work as a post doctoral fellow at the Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR) at Mass General Hospital.
