As I begin my presidency at MGH Institute of Health Professions, I am truly honored to join this remarkable community—one that extends far beyond our campus through the work and leadership of our alumni.
From my earliest conversations, I have been struck by the Institute’s strong sense of purpose, its deep commitment to the health professions, and the pride felt by those who carry the Institute’s mission forward in their daily work. Your impact in clinics, classrooms, communities, and organizations across the country and around the world, is a powerful reflection of the education and values rooted here.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Paula Milone-Nuzzo for her outstanding leadership and for the strong foundation she has built over the past eight years. Because of her stewardship, the Institute is well positioned for continued excellence, growth, and impact. I am grateful for her generosity and support during this transition.
In the months ahead, my focus is on listening, learning, and building relationships. I look forward to the opportunities when I can connect with alumni to better understand your experiences, your perspectives on the evolving health care landscape, and how the Institute can continue to support you and learn from you.
