Thanksgiving is a day when we express gratitude for the many gifts in our life. As I reflect on the past year, I am especially grateful to each one of you for all you have done to address the challenges we’ve faced while helping to create the new future which will position the IHP for continued success. And, you have done all of this with exceptional skill, a spirit of collaboration, a kindness of heart and a commitment to our mission. Our support and nurturing of one another is seen in the many professional and social events that we engaged in over this past year.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays and this year, I am having Thanksgiving dinner at my home with my daughter and her family. There is nothing that brings me more joy than being able to cook for others and to be with my family on the holiday. And while I have so much to be grateful for, there are so many in the world who are experiencing hate and suffering this Thanksgiving. Please keep those less fortunate in your thoughts

For each of you, my wish is that you find the people and things in your life that bring you joy during this season. I hope you will take the upcoming long weekend to renew your spirit and enjoy your time with those you care about.

I wish you peace this Thanksgiving.
