The Office of Student and Alumni Services (OSAS) and the Office for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) sponsored two programs in March for the Institute student leaders. Drs. Manya Whitaker and Tariana Little joined 50 student leaders over two evenings to discuss how leading with empathy and reframing failure can be a positive impact on their leadership practices.
